One of my favourite mandala artists is Paul Heussenstamm, who for years has been sharing unique and spiritual paintings as well as sharing his artist exploration into sacred art from many traditions such as buddhism hinduism and christianity.
“We are all circles on the great mandala, and by changing the intensity of colour, we clarify the fullness of each circle. Every soul is a circle with a unique combination of colour and intensity. Each circle contains two individual circles with a delicate membrane between them”. – Paul Heussenstamm
The way this artist illustrates his mandala patterns is extremely unique to other artists as I feel his work automatically draws you into the centre of the circle before working your way outwards noticing just how intricately executed his designs are.
